Hello! Well in the website I work with some crossword but I think I WAS TERRIBLE. So I give up with this activity and I found a listening challenge and it was more easy to me, I didn't have many mistakes actually was fun. Its was about Anna's boss telling to her that she should be more polite to clients, Anna has to work in her telephone manner. Next I found other activity, Where to Next?, its was an interactive game where you can make a tour of differences locations in Britain if you answer in the correct form the questions you can go on. I really like this game, it was entertaining.
Well that's all!!! SEE YOU.

Hello! Everybody in this opportunity I’m going to talk about one of my favorite painter: George Grosz. He was a Germany artist, he was born in Berlin and he grew up in the Pomeranian town of Stolp. He decided to studying art in 1909 at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. He became an excellent drawing and painter; also he was a great caricaturist. His style was influenced by expressionism and futurism. Grosz is a very critical artist and he has to painting his vision about Berlin. He tried to represents how bad the society in Germany was in 20’s, with the capitalism and the war. My favorite painting of him is called The Funeral, in 1918. In this painting, Grosz is showing a funeral procession set in a modern city depicted as an infernal with a grotesque human form. This painting was dedicated to a psychiatrist called Oskar Panizza. I like it because it’s showing the humanity, the world like an inferno, like a disaster. In this image you can see how the people were paid for all the mistakes and horrors that they are produced.
See you!!!!

Blog 3: A picture

So, to tell you the truth I don’t have pictures in this moment, anyone. But I remember when I took a great picture five or three years ago. I took it in my summer vacations when I was in my uncle’s house; it was early morning after a day and night very wet. Then I went out to the house and I saw an image so amazing, I saw the daybreak, that moment when is still night but it is also a day, was a metamorphosis. That was when I remember a great work of art by Rene´ Magritte, The Empire of Light, it was exactly that moment with the yellowish light from inside the house and gleaming sky. It was a really magic moment, I really did not it was day or still was night. I took the picture so many years ago that I don’t remember where can be. Obviously that my uncle’s house was not like the work art by Magritte, it is simpler but the feeling and the impression mine was the same just like when I saw for the first time that works by Magritte, fabulous. I could believe it.

Blog 2: A singer, concert and exhibition

Hello Everybody! Well to be honest I don’t like so much go to concerts or exhibitions, I’m don’t know the reasons way, but I suppose that I feel uncomfortable with the crowd. However I would like to go to the concert of one of my favorite bands The Rolling Stone. I don’t remember when they went to Chile but if they say coming soon I will go to see them. The Rolling Stone are an England rock band, the vocalist is Mick Jagger, and the guitars are Brian Jones and Keith Richards, Ian Stewart at piano; bassist Bill Wyman and drummer Charlie Watts. They are a successful in all world but they became famous in 1960 when their music arrived to North America. I really like them because they are very good musicians and they have a particular thing (to me), they are one of the rock band that steal are and play together. I hope go to see them some day.

Trainspotting

Hello! Everybody. In this opportunity I’m going to talk about a movie called Trainspotting. This movie was film in 1996 for the british director Danny Boyle, and is based on the novel by Irvine Welsh. The movie drama is about the life of five young men addicted to heroin and during the course of the film we can see how they destroy his life for the drugs. The main character is called Mark Renton playing for Ewan Mc Gregor and he was narrated his adventure with his friends and he is the witness of his own decadence. Then, clean of heroin, he decided to going to live in London like a way to change his life because his life before has no purpose, but the Renton’s idea it’s doesn’t work because his friends get to him and introduce Renton again in drugs. Well finally, Renton and his friends gave a masterstroke in a dangerous heroin transaction. With this money Renton decided to start to a new life like the normal people away this friends and heroin, in conclusion how he says he “choose life”.
This movie is one of my favourite films because its talk about young people and his relacionship with drugs, and how is the vision from the young to the life of adults, a life with responsabilities and hard work to get things that sometimes the young thinks are not necessary but sometimes they are. This is an inter t esting and exciting movie but is also very entertaining and relaxed so I invite to everyone to see the movie.
